Customer self-serve help
Setup prompts for your agent
Use these with your coding agent (OpenClaw, Codex, Grok, Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.). We do not run a public support chatbot—these prompts keep setup help inside the tools you already trust, with links to our docs.
Copy a prompt, paste it into your agent, and attach any command output it asks for. Prefer the linked docs over inventing config values.
How to use
- Pick the prompt that matches your phase (free first, then paid pilot).
- Copy it into your agent session. Keep secrets out of chat when possible—point the agent at files or env vars you control.
- When it asks for proof, paste real
healthz/ check JSON / screenshots of the PDP dashboard—not invented success. - If free vs paid is unclear, stop and re-read the linked docs or contact founding teams for a guided pilot.
Rules baked into every prompt
- Follow only the linked dexgate docs; do not invent
tenantId, tokens, or plan entitlements. - Never commit secrets, paste production tokens into untrusted channels, or expose
:8001to the public internet. - Free success = local hard gate (
governed: false). Paid success = real PDP path, not mock and not stilllocal-hardening. - Observe authorize traffic on the PDP dashboard before inventing a large policy catalog.
