Summary: OpenClaw and Codex free adapters are installable from npm. Paid Passport / governed path is early-access pilot on Linux Docker — not a general production SLA. Free npm availability is not pilot-only.

Status legend: AVAILABLE = Installable from public npm; free local hard gate works today.; PILOT = Paid governed path available for entitled customers (early access).; ROADMAP = Same product model planned; package not on public npm yet.
