Checkout FAQ

This page covers common questions about self-serve software purchases, billing, fulfillment, and subscriptions on dexgate.ai.

Scope: self-serve purchases on this site are software subscriptions and licenses only. Enterprise services, implementation work, and deeper validation engagements are handled separately.

How are self-serve orders processed?

Self-serve orders use standard Stripe Billing for checkout, payment methods, subscriptions, and invoicing.

What do I receive after purchase?

After successful payment, buyers are routed to access instructions for the licensed SDE runtime, deployment bundle, and release verification materials included with the purchased plan.

When does fulfillment happen?

Fulfillment begins after successful payment confirmation. Delivery may occur by email, controlled download, portal access, or another electronic method identified at purchase.

How do subscriptions renew?

Subscriptions renew automatically on the monthly or annual cadence selected at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

How do I cancel or update billing details?

Use the billing portal to manage payment methods, invoices, subscriptions, upgrades, downgrades, or cancellation timing.

Do you offer refunds?

For eligible self-serve software purchases, consumers may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. See the Refund Policy for details.

Do you provide invoices for enterprise purchases?

Yes. Enterprise or custom purchases may be quoted and invoiced separately from self-serve checkout through dexgate.ai.

Are human-delivered services included in the self-serve plans?

No. Self-serve plans are software subscriptions and licenses. Human-delivered rollout help, scoped implementation, and deeper compatibility validation are separate enterprise services engagements.

Are there export or access restrictions?

Yes. Software and related materials available through this site may be subject to U.S. export control and sanctions laws. Automated Decision Systems may request end-user, destination, and use-case information and may refuse or suspend fulfillment or access where legal or compliance concerns arise.
