Refund Policy

This policy applies to Automated Decision Systems self-serve software subscriptions and licenses purchased on dexgate.ai. Enterprise services or custom contracted work are governed by separate signed agreements.

1) 14-day refund window

Consumers may request a refund for an eligible first-time self-serve software purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date, subject to mandatory statutory rights and the order details presented at checkout.

If you believe you were charged in error or did not receive the purchased access instructions or fulfillment materials, contact info@dexgate.ai or use Billing Support as soon as possible.

2) Renewals

Cancellation stops future renewals. Refund requests for renewal charges are evaluated against the order details, applicable law, and any mandatory statutory rights.

3) Digital fulfillment and immediate access

Self-serve purchases on this site are digital software purchases fulfilled electronically. Where checkout or applicable law requires your consent for immediate access, refund eligibility may be affected once digital fulfillment begins.

4) Billing system

Self-serve subscriptions on this site use standard Stripe Billing for payment processing, subscriptions, and invoices.
