Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Automated Decision Systems, LLC handles personal information collected through dexgate.ai, buyer support interactions, and product evaluation requests.
1) Information we collect
- Contact details you submit through forms or email, such as name, email, phone number, company, and role.
- Commercial information related to purchases, subscriptions, support requests, or evaluation requests.
- Technical and usage information needed to operate the site, maintain security, and understand aggregate site usage.
- Analytics event data such as page views, plan-card impressions, checkout starts, completed purchases, billing-portal visits, resource downloads, CTA clicks, and form submissions where analytics tooling is enabled on the site.
2) How we use information
- To respond to briefing, evaluation, security, or support requests.
- To provide purchased software, fulfillment instructions, support, and account-related communications.
- To improve the website, documentation, and commercial workflows.
- To protect the site, users, and Automated Decision Systems from fraud, abuse, or misuse.
3) Payments and billing processing
For eligible self-serve online transactions, checkout and billing operations may use Stripe services for payment methods, subscriptions, and invoicing.
4) Analytics and similar technologies
dexgate.ai may use Google Analytics and related event tracking to measure page views, plan-card impressions, CTA interactions, checkout starts, billing-portal visits, and similar aggregate usage patterns. Optional CLI product telemetry is off unless you opt in; see telemetry docs.
5) Temporary claim links
After a free policy self-check, the CLI may upload a narrowly sanitized result (package, PASS/FAIL, and allow/deny check categories only) and receive a temporary claim link under /claim/… so you can reopen that result without creating an account. Claim tokens are server-issued, hashed at rest, and expire after 90 days. Source code, paths, shell commands, credentials, and raw evidence are not accepted.
- An unclaimed assessment link can be viewed by anyone who possesses the link.
- Dexgate does not send the claim token to analytics providers, telemetry systems, or third-party scripts. Site analytics on claim pages use a separate random event identifier that cannot be converted back into the claim URL.
- Unclaimed results expire after 90 days.
- Users may request deletion of a result before or after claiming it by contacting us with the claim code.
6) Information sharing
We share personal information only as needed to operate the site, process transactions, provide support, comply with law, or protect rights and security. This can include service providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and professional advisers bound by confidentiality or legal obligations.
