Prerequisites
- A real coding or devops agent workflow you intend to govern (not a pure evaluation sandbox with no production-bound path)
- Access to one Linux Docker host for the paid runtime (or WSL2 Docker as agreed)
- A technical contact who can install packages and run validation checks
- Preferred starting adapter: OpenClaw (recommended) or Codex on a supported path
Timing
- Kickoff: within 5 business days of accepted order and technical contact confirmation
- Implementation window: 30 days of guided support from kickoff
- Production access: 90 days from runtime entitlement activation
Success definition
The pilot is complete when you have:
- A licensed runtime healthy on your protected deployment
- One supported adapter configured against that runtime for a real workflow
- One documented governed decision (allow, constrain, deny, or escalation) with an evidence record you can review
This is a pilot engagement, not a general production SLA. Current integration coverage is only what the compatibility matrix lists as available or pilot.
What this is not
- Not a free “founding feedback” program
- Not multi-environment mesh or multi-adapter rollout (those can follow after first success)
- Not custom Enterprise procurement or unlimited support hours
